Being licensed ensures that we have had the requisite background checks and are a legitimate and identifiable business.

As with any business, ensuring we have the appropriate insurance is essential.


We are insured for any damages that may occur on your property or land up to the value of £1,000,000.

With that being said, on the rare occasion that you are not satisfied with our service, we will do our utmost to rectify the situation, if you let us know straight away that there is a problem.

FAQ

  • What payment options to you offer?

    We take cash, card, and online payments by way of bank transfer. We expect payment within one week of service.

  • Can I choose how often I want my windows cleaned?

    We prefer to clean your windows on a monthly basis to give you the best value for money, however if you wish to decrease the frequency, we can visit every two months instead. Please note this will however increase your costs as, naturally, the windows will need a deeper clean if we are visiting less regularly. 

  • Do you do one-off cleans?

    While we do offer one-off cleans, these are priced at three times the cost of a standard monthly clean due to the fact that it is out of cycle and not a regular clean.

  • Do you need access to my garden?

    Yes, however, if for any reason we cannot gain access to the garden, we will clean what we can and tailor the price.

  • I am not happy with a job, what can I do?

    If you are disatisfied with the service you have received, please let us know immediately so that we can work to rectify the issue at hand. Our priority is that our customers are content with the work that we do, so we are always happy and willing to come back and re-clean if needed.
